Factors affecting satisfaction with the postal delivery service

The delivery service industry is boosting too much under the influence of e-commerce. So, there a need to reform postal sector meet needs consumers. Most offices have been served via government (G2G), and in recent years, due e-commerce corona disease, they developing business consumer services (B2C), (B2B), direct customer (D2C). study examines how quality affects trust, satisfaction, loyalty service. It aims provide information companies foreign investment making strategic decisions. All structures are measured on seven-point Likert scale. A total 290 valid responses were used out 358 distributed surveys, excluding 68 with irrelevant incomplete data. These analyzed using SPSS 21.0 AMOS 20.0 statistic package programs. outcome analysis showed that four components constructs no significant effect trust. However, affect while tangibility empathy not shown such trustworthy effects fulfillment.
